Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced [Insert Job Title] for our [Insert Business Group] site located in [Insert Location].
Key responsibilities related to the TA Operations Associate include:
• Serve as tier one support for questions on process and system
• Assist with setting up new accounts and access for team members
• Administrative management of the GTA SharePoint site
• Administrative support for the TA programs and processes such as the Employee Referral Program, Candidate Travel, and 3rd Party Agencies
• Assist with TA reporting used for tracking essential recruitment activities and recruiting metrics.
• Handle expense reports, invoicing, and various other financial tasks to support talent acquisition activities
• Assist TA Operations with data audits to ensure accuracy in reporting
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Qualifications
The following are minimum requirements related to the [Insert Job Title] position.
• 2+ years’ experience in an administrative function, ideally within HR or Recruiting
• Solid understanding and experience utilizing Microsoft programs to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
• Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal communication skills
• Skilled at planning and prioritizing work activities and managing multiple projects or program simultaneously; able to easily adapt as goals, priorities, and role responsibilities may change
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment
• B.A./B.S. from an accredited institution of higher education preferred
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e. SuccessFactors) preferred
• Experience working for a global organization preferred
